Shrimp-Salsa Dip
Servings:16 (3T Dip and 2 Crackers Each)
1 package (8oz) cream cheese, softened
½ t garlic powder
¼ t onion powder
½ C Old El Paso Thick ‘n Chunky Salsa
2 T cocktail sauce
1 bag (7oz) frozen cooked salad shrimp, thawed
2 T sliced green onions (2 medium)
Crackers or tortilla chips
In medium bowl, beat cream cheese, garlic powder and onion powder with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. On dinner plate, spread cheese mixture into flat, round shape.
In another medium bowl, gently mix salsa, cocktail sauce and shrimp. Gently spoon over cream cheese to within ½ inch of edge. Sprinkle with onions. Serve with crackers.
