Red Pepper Chicken Tostada Cups

Stop in and grab a jar of Robert Rothschild Red Pepper Dip for this weekend's big Packer game!!!

A tasty bite-sized chip treat featuring our Red Pepper Dip.



Ingredients


  • Tostada cups, similar to scooped tortilla chips
  • 1 jar Robert Rothschild Farm Red Pepper Dip
  • 1 lb. Chicken, shredded
  • 1 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • Lettuce, shredded for garnish
  • Tomatoes, diced for garnish



Instructions


  1. In a large saucepan, heat chicken and Red Pepper Dip until fully heated.
  2. Arrange tostada cups on a platter. Place a small amount of chicken mixture in cups.
  3. Top with cheddar cheese. Garnish with shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes.
