Glazed Ham Brulee

 

This delectable ham glaze recipe features Robert Rothschild Farm’s Champagne Garlic Honey Mustard Pretzel Dip.

 

4 Ramekins

2 Cups Croutons

1 Cup Honey ham, diced

2 Eggs

½ Cup Robert Rothschild Farm Champagne Garlic Honey Mustard Pretzel Dip

1 Cup Swiss cheese, shredded

¼ Cup Butter, melted

 

Directions

 

Brush 4 ramekins with melted butter

In a bowl, mix remaining ingredients and place in ramekins

Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes til brown and bubbly

Spread each with 1 tablespoon of Champagne Garlic Honey Mustard Pretzel Dip

Place under a broiler for 30 seconds to caramelize
